India is a land of opportunity for aviation maintenance engineers. The increased demand from new airlines and aircrafts has led to an increase in the need for qualified technicians, which means more jobs are available than ever before. India’s booming economy also provides its citizens with higher salaries when compared to other countries such as China or Russia, making it easier for these companies to find skilled workers that they can pay competitively while still generating high profit margins due to their location within Asia Pacific Region where labor rates tend be lower on average across all industries by comparison. This is due to the advent of software design, engineering services, as well as electronic warfare systems that India invests in for national defense & Civil Aviation needs. In addition, there are many consulting companies providing management advisory which have been successful at KPMG’s estimation.

Aerospace engineering has become one of the most sought after fields in engineering. Working with aircrafts is not only exciting, but also a very challenging career field. Aircraft maintenance engineers are responsible for maintaining and repairing all aspects of airframes, engines, and other major components. As an aerospace engineer you will be involved in designing new technologies to make airplanes more fuel-efficient as well as developing new ways to manage airplane traffic at airports around the world.

New opportunities have been created for Indian entrepreneurs in the greenfield industry. The Government of India has set an ambitious target to double domestic purchases from $9.5 billion currently, and increase it by 2025 to 18.7 billion dollars as they are also trying to boost defense production and civil aviation projects with their  Export Promotion Policy.

Given the growing interest in aircraft maintenance engineering, high quality training institutions will need to address this demand for skilled workers.

The rising number of people becoming interested in aviation and aerospace industries is being met with a lack of qualified personnel capable enough to fill these positions due to an absence or shortage of adequate education programs available now.

What is the  Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME)?

Aircraft Maintenance Engineering is a fundamental field of engineering that deals with the design, manufacture, and repair of aircraft. It is a broad term that includes aircraft-specific maintenance, avionics maintenance, and aircraft maintenance operations.

Aircraft Maintenance Engineers work in the field of aircraft maintenance engineering. They are responsible for the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of aircraft, including the design and manufacture of aircraft parts. They are strongly involved in the design, development, and testing of aircraft components and systems.

Aircraft Maintenance Engineers must be able to operate and maintain a variety of aircraft systems, including flight controls, hydraulics, electrical systems, navigation, and other systems.

They must have a thorough knowledge of aircraft systems and components. They must also be able to design and manufacture components and systems.

Why Choose Aircraft Maintenance Engineering ?

The Aviation industry is changing. Outdated methods of aircraft maintenance are being replaced with new and innovative ways to keep our airplanes flying safely. The industry that once was a secret is now being recognized for its importance in our daily lives. The demand for the services that aviation maintenance engineers provide increases every day. As the demand for services continues to increase, so does the need for qualified engineers to perform those services.

AMEs is the most needed resource of aviation maintenance engineering services to the commercial aviation industry. The right people, processes, and technology to deliver the highest quality services to our customers. They  are always committed to providing the best service to customers, so that they can keep their airplanes flying safely and efficiently.

Highly-skilled engineers are qualified to perform a wide variety of aircraft maintenance services. Aircraft Maintenance Engineers are experts in the maintenance of the Boeing 737, Airbus A350, Boeing 767, Airbus A321, Boeing 747, Boeing 777, Boeing 787, Boeing 767-300ER, Airbus A330, Airbus A320, Boeing 757, Boeing 767-400ER, Airbus A380 & many more.

Be aware of your worth in the global market.

AMEs are highly paid professionals. With AME training, you’ll be given a monthly salary of between INR 15000 and 25000 depending on your course time in school. After receiving your Aircraft Maintenance Engineering job licensing designation, there will be an average yearly wage that ranges from 40 lakhs to 60 lakhs according to federal pay scales for India’s engineering industry. In addition to this high-paying occupation comes respect as well as dignity; being skilled engineers is their backbone because pilots depend on them when flying around the world!

How to verify an Accreditation and Certification of AME Engineering’s Colleges?

DGCA is a government agency that oversees the aircraft maintenance engineering industry in India. DGCA also has an online portal for use by students and professionals to search which colleges are approved according to CAR-147 (Basic Training Organization) . This year, 45 new schools have been added as certified Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Colleges. The list includes both public and private institutions from all over the country so you can find one near where you live while still studying aviation technology at home.

The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) conducts reviews for the issuance of flight crew certificates and Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (AME) Licenses, in accordance with Rule 38 & Schedule II for Pilot and Rule 61 for AME of Aircraft Rules 1937.
