In other words, The technical responsibility of any aircraft is in the hands of the AME. Before every flight, the AME conducts a thorough inspection of the aircraft and issues a certificate that the aircraft is ready to take off. He has a complete technical team for this work. No aircraft can fly without AME’s certificate of fitness. It is worth noting that about 15-20 engineers work behind an airplane. From this their need can be estimated.
